Domestic Shipping:

  • We offer two shipping options for domestic orders within Australia: Normal and Express.
    • Normal Shipping: Orders shipped via Normal Shipping will typically arrive within 2-7 business days after dispatch.
    • Express Shipping: For expedited delivery, choose Express Shipping. Orders shipped via Express Shipping will usually arrive within 1-3 business days after dispatch.

  • Orders over $100.00 will be eligible for FREE standard shipping 

 

International Shipping:

  • For our international customers, we offer flat-rate shipping at $29 for all destinations. This flat rate applies to standard shipping options. Orders will be delivered within 2-3 weeks in National Metropolitan areas. Regional areas may take longer.
  • Orders over $250 for international shipments are eligible for FREE standard shipping.

Order Confirmation and Tracking:

  • Upon dispatch, you will receive an order confirmation email containing a tracking number and a website address (www.auspost.com.au/track/) to track your shipments.

Tax and Duties:

  • We do not charge Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) on international orders. However, it is the customer's responsibility to pay any import taxes, sales taxes, or duties levied by their own country.
  • All pricing for international shipments is in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise advised.
